Over
the years HTG has become one of the innovative
leaders in the machining industry. We have to
attribute a lot of our success to our
customers who have pushed us with their
innovative and exotic parts that they have
brought to us to manufacture. This has kept us
in touch with the latest in technology and
machinery to produce a customer's project,
whether it be a prototype or a short or long
run production job.
Our CNC 4axis lathes and
9axis super Swiss lathes can accommodate parts
from .050" to 14" in diameter by
36" long. We can hold the following
tolerances on our CNC lathes: (under
1"=+/- .0001 ), (1" to
2.5"=+/-.0001), (over
2.5"=+/-.0001). Our CNC lathes can do
virtually any operation: turning, facing,
grooving, drilling, boring, tapping
chamfering, countersinking, milling,
profiling, knurling, reaming, tapering,
threading, counterbores and radius, along with
barfeeding capabilities.
HTG’s CNC mills can
machine metals from the softest aluminum to
the hardest tool steels along with the full
range of plastics. They can accommodate parts
up to 62" x 36" x 36".Geared
heads enables this so the machine has high
torque values along with high spindle speeds.
All holding tight tolerances of (+/- .0001).
CNC mills also have fourth axis capabilities
for your rotary milling needs. Automatic tool
changers and probes on all of our CNC
machinery make for fast, reliable and
efficient machine time.
HTG also has CNC EDM wire
machine for your burning needs. Our machine
can hold tolerances of (+/-.0001) and produce
taper cuts up to 10 degrees. We cut parts up
to speeds of 16-18 square inches per minute
depending and material composition and size.
Our CNC saw is fully
automatic with loader and bundler attachments.
The saw can handle 16" x 16"
material at any length. Again speeding up the
process of your project.
Our Nd:YAG laser can mark
a wide array of materials from PEEK to
Titanium with great clarity and superb speed.
HTG's
ultrasonic precision cleaning system designed
to clean a wide variety of industrial
components. It is available in aqueous or
semi-aqueous process models to solve today's
high-tech cleaning challenges.
