use CAD/CAM workstations with powerful 3D
surfacing and solid modeling capabilities. We
can accept the following file formats:
SolidWorks, IGES, STEP, SAT/ACIS, VRML, STL,
Parasolid, Pro/ENGINEER, Unigraphics,
PAR/Solid Edge, VDA-FS, Mechanical Desktop,
IPT/Autodesk Inventor, DWG, DXF, CGR/CAITA
graphics, HCG, Viewpoint, RealityWave, TIFF,
JPG, HSF, or VTU. And CAD drawings are input
directly into the machines in our machining
facility.
No
drawings? No problem! Our customers frequently
provide us with nothing more than an existing
part. Our highly skilled engineers take
measurements and observations from that part
using the most sophisticated CMM machine
techniques available. They then translate
those observations into accurate CAD files.
We
can also take your idea/invention from paper
to solid model and then to actual prototype.
We can also assist you with patent process on
your invention. Enabling you to get your
invention to market quickly and efficiently.
